This condo was in desperate need of updating. The cabinets were old and outdated, the kitchen countertops were stained and cracked, and the paint was peeling and faded. The bathrooms were also in need of a major overhaul, with outdated fixtures and flooring. As you’ll see, this Las Vegas condo remodel by the MMG Painting and Contracting team was a huge improvement for the property and its owner.
Kitchen Remodel
The first order of business was to install new cabinets. The old cabinets were removed and replaced with a new set of white cabinets with modern hardware. The new cabinets gave the kitchen a much more updated and stylish look.
Next, the kitchen countertops were replaced. The old countertops were removed and replaced with a new set that were a beautiful mix of dark gray, light gray and white that complemented the white cabinets perfectly.
The walls were also painted with a fresh coat of paint. This helped to modernize the kitchen, contrasted nicely against the new cabinets & countertops, and made it feel more spacious. And don’t forget the new light fixture!
Bathroom Remodel
The bathrooms were also completely redone. The old fixtures were removed and replaced with new, modern fixtures. The surrounds were replaced with new tile and a sleek one-piece unit. The flooring was also replaced with new tile and LVP flooring. And of course, we hit them with a bright new color of paint. The remodeled bathrooms were a major improvement over the old ones, and it made the condo feel much more modern and inviting.
The final touch was to install new bathroom counters and cabinets. The old counters and cabinets were removed and replaced with new sets of white cabinets with modern hardware. The new counters and cabinets were a perfect match for the new bathroom fixtures, and they helped to complete the updated look of the bathroom.

After all of the updates, this condo looked like a completely different place. It was now a modern and inviting space that was perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing at home.
